Settings

Business details, domains, team access and integrations.

Settings overview

How the Settings area is organized, how to jump to a single option and which permissions open which part of it.

Business settings

Set your platform name, link preview, timezone, time format and maintenance mode, and find out where each detail shows up.

Your platform domain and custom domains

Rename your platform address, connect your own domain with one DNS record, check the connection and choose the primary address.

Team and permissions

Invite colleagues, pick the right built-in role, build custom roles and require two-factor sign-in for owners and admins.

Connecting other tools

Connect CRM, email, shop and automation tools to your platform, read the setup status of each connection and disconnect what you no longer use.

API keys and developer access

Create API keys for the REST API, limit what each key may do, rotate a key that leaked and delete keys you no longer need.

Languages and localization

Set the default language, choose which languages members can pick, and set the timezone and clock format for your platform.

Design and appearance

Give your platform your brand: logo, favicon, colors for light and dark mode, font, navigation layout, login page and loading screen.

The member navigation

Build the menu your members see: add pages, courses, hubs and events, rename and color entries, group them and check the result on desktop, tablet and phone.

Login, registration and SSO

Decide who can join your platform, add a sign-up form to your website, allow Google sign-in, use two-factor codes and log members in from your own system.

Legal pages and the cookie banner

Add your terms, privacy policy and imprint, have new members accept them, and set up the cookie banner for your checkout.

Notification settings

Choose which system emails your platform sends, edit their text per language, pick a design and decide which address they come from.

Custom code snippets

Add your own HTML and CSS snippets to the head or body of the pages behind the login and pick a consent category for each one.

The media library

Find, upload, sort and download every image, video, audio file and document of your platform, and see how much storage they use.

Saved locations

Save addresses, meeting links and phone numbers once and pick them on every event instead of typing them again.

The trash: restoring deleted content

Find deleted courses, hubs, events and more in the trash, restore them, or delete them for good before the 90 days run out.

The audit log

See who on your team changed members, roles, billing, integrations and settings, when they did it and from which IP address.

The home screen app (PWA)

Choose the name, icon and theme color members see when they add your platform to their home screen, and decide whether to show the install banner.
