Every event comes with two places to read its numbers. The report sums up registrations and sales for the whole event. The statistics show, date by date, what members actually did: who opened the event, used a link, joined or watched the recording.
Report or statistics: which one do you need?
- Report is a section in the edit sidebar of an event. It appears once the event exists and covers the whole event: replies, tickets, revenue, check-ins and feedback.
- Event statistics sits in the three-dot menu of an event, in the event preview and at the top of the report next to Export. It looks at one date at a time and at what members did around it.
Event statistics needs View Events. The report sits in the edit sidebar, so opening it and exporting it as a CSV file needs Update Events.
What the report shows
The tiles at the top depend on the event. With ticketing you see Tickets sold, Revenue, Check-in rate and Feedback. Without ticketing you see Going, Check-in rate and Feedback.

- Going counts the members who replied Going, with the change of the last 7 days.
- Tickets sold comes with the change of the last 7 days.
- Revenue sums up ticket sales. Refunds are already taken off, shown as "After {amount} in refunds". Test orders are not included.
- Check-in rate reads, for example, "12 of 20 checked in".
- Feedback shows the average rating once members have rated the event.
Below, a chart shows the Last 7 days per day: Ticket sales for events with ticketing, Registrations for events without. Earlier sales count toward the totals above, so a quiet week does not mean the event is empty.
Without ticketing, By reply splits the replies into Going, Maybe and Can't go. With ticketing, By ticket type lists the tickets sold per tier and their share of all tickets, and marks tiers that are Sold out or Inactive.
Exporting the report
Export appears once the report has data and downloads a CSV file named after the event code. It holds one row per ticket type or reply and one row per day of the last 7 days, and events with ticketing also get a total row. Feedback ratings are not part of it. To get one row per person, use the exports on the attendee list and the ticket list instead.

Statistics per date
Open Event statistics and choose a Date. For a recurring event the list holds the dates that have already started, newest first, so you can compare one week's call with the next. Before the first date starts, you see only that date. Three tiles sum up the date:
- Target audience: how many members can see the event, also as a share of all members.
- Interactions: how many of them did at least one action around the date, as a share of the target audience.
- Development: how views of the event info and joins changed compared with the previous date. It is only for series and shows up once the date has started.

Who did what
Under Actions you choose which actions count: Viewed event info, Link before the event, Joined live and Watched recording. Joined live counts clicks on the button for the phase During the event, and Watched recording counts clicks on the button for After the event.
The member list below shows everyone who did at least one of the chosen actions, newest interaction first, with the Last interaction. Use Search members to find a person and Load more for the next page. If nobody matches, Reset filters clears the search and selects all actions again.
Interactions are kept for 13 months. Older dates show no member activity.
Calendar feed usage
How many members subscribed to their calendar feed is not part of a single event. You find it in the Events settings.
