The Affiliates tab is where you look after your partners: who they are, what they earn, which members belong to them and where they sit in your team. This article walks through the list, the partner page and, in advanced mode, the team tree.
Before you start
Every page here needs View Affiliates. To add, edit or delete partners, assign members and change the team tree you also need Update Affiliates and Team Tree. The team tree and setting ranks by hand are only available in advanced mode, which you switch on with Program mode under Settings.
The partner list
Open Affiliates in the admin menu, then Affiliates. The list shows every partner with Name, Code, Email, Status and Created.

- The search field finds partners by name, email address or code.
- Filter narrows the list by Status, Code, Email or Created.
- The download button Export CSV saves the list as you see it, with the current search and filters, as a file with code, name, email address, active state and creation date.
The buttons at the end of each row are Open profile, Edit and Delete.
Adding a partner
Click Add partner and search for the Member by name or email address. Only members who are not partners yet are listed. Then fill in:
- Code is used in the partner's links. It takes 3 to 50 letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores. Leave it empty to generate one from the name.
- Placed under is the partner above them in your team. Leave it on No partner to place them at the top.
- Active decides whether they earn commission from the start.
- Send welcome email sends the partner welcome email with their links.
Click Add partner to save. Other ways partners join are described in How partners join your program.
Editing, pausing and deleting
Edit opens Edit partner with the partner's Code and the Active switch.
- A new code replaces the old one in all of the partner's links. Links and stored referrals with the old code no longer credit the partner, so they need to share their new links. Members already assigned to the partner stay with them. A code that a deleted partner used cannot be given out again; the field then shows "This affiliate code is already in use."
- Active switched off pauses the partner. Their links are no longer tracked and they earn no commission, but all their data is kept. An inactive partner is skipped when a new partner is placed in the team automatically, and cannot be chosen as the Default partner.
To remove a partner, click Delete at the end of the row and confirm Delete affiliate?. The partners directly below them move up to the deleted partner's own sponsor, so your team stays connected. Their links stop working, and members assigned to them no longer bring them commission. Their commissions stay in the Commissions list. If you add the same member as a partner again later, their earlier history comes back with them.
To stop a partner earning for a while, switch off Active instead of deleting them. You can switch them back on at any time.
The partner page
Open profile at the end of the row opens the partner's own page. The top shows their name, code, email address and status, their current rank (the lifetime rank, the same one the team tree and the partner area show), the partner they sit under (Partner of) and the date they joined (Since). Edit opens the same dialog as in the list.

The figures below count real sales only, without test orders, and show amounts in your program currency:
- Pending commissions, Cleared balance and Paid lifetime are the partner's commissions by status.
- Team size counts every partner below them, on all levels.
- Personal revenue is the revenue of the sales credited to them, Team revenue the revenue of everyone in their team.
- Clicks, Conversions tracked and the Conversion rate, which is conversions divided by clicks.
Further down, Latest commissions and Payouts list the newest entries. View all opens the full Commissions or Payouts tab.
Clicking a partner's name in the Commissions or Payouts list opens a quick view instead, with the tabs Overview, Referral links, Managed members, Commissions and Payouts. Open page leads from there to the full partner page.
Referral links of a partner
The box Referral links lists the links the partner shares, each with a button to copy or open it:
- Recruiting Link leads to your registration page with the partner's code, for people who want to sign up.
- Shop Link leads to your home page with the partner's code, for buyers.
- Campaign links are the links the Campaign Links element creates for the partner, one per channel, each with its clicks, conversions and revenue.
How these links are tracked is explained in Affiliate links and tracking.
Managed members
A managed member is linked to a partner for good. Every payment by an assigned member is credited to this partner as a commission, even without a referral link. A referral code on the purchase takes priority. The first sale a partner brings in assigns the buyer to them automatically. Under Managed members you can change this by hand:
- Search for a member by name or email address.
- Click the member in the results. A free member shows Assign.
- A member who belongs to another partner shows "Assigned to" with that partner's name. Clicking them asks whether to move them, and Reassign moves them to this partner.
Members already linked here show Assigned here. A partner cannot be assigned to their own partner account. To end a link, click the bin next to the member, labelled Remove assignment.
The team tree
In advanced mode, Team tree in the affiliates menu shows who sits under whom. Each row shows a partner with the number of partners directly below them and the size of their whole team. Click a row to open it on the right.
- Search finds partners by name or code.
- The member picker shows the branch of one partner instead of All Members.
- Filter by rank shows partners who hold that rank: their calculated lifetime rank or their Pinned rank. The badge on each row shows the same rank.
- Filter narrows the tree by member data such as tags, groups or courses.
- Add partner opens the same dialog as in the list. With a partner selected, its tooltip reads Add partner below with their name, and the new partner is placed under them.
The panel on the right shows the partner's Current rank, which is the rank over their whole time in the program, not the rank of the running month, the Available credit from cleared commissions, Team size, Personal revenue, Team revenue, Clicks and Conversions tracked. Orders lists the orders the partner earned a commission on, Customers the buyers of those orders. Open profile opens the quick view. At the bottom, Info shows the email address and phone number, Ranks the rank history and Links the Recruiting Link and Shop Link.

To move a partner, click Change Affiliate, pick the new Affiliate and click Save. The list offers active partners only. The partner moves together with their whole team. Pick All Members to move them to the top. You cannot place a partner under someone from their own team. The note below the field explains the effect: "Commissions from this month that are not paid out yet are recalculated for the new partner and everyone above." How the upline is paid is explained in How commissions are calculated.
Setting a rank by hand
Ranks normally follow revenue, as described in Setting up affiliate ranks. In the team tree, Override Rank opens two tabs for setting a rank yourself:
- Pinned rank fixes the partner's rank. Pick a rank and click Save. Current rank in the team tree, on the partner page and in the partner area shows it right away, and from the next rank calculation on the partner holds this rank in every period, ahead of the calculated rank and ahead of a rank from a product. Pools use it as well. A pin icon next to Current rank explains: "Rank is manually pinned and overrides the calculated rank." A pinned rank sends no promotion email.
- Manual classification is a label only: "A manual label set by an admin. It has no effect on commissions or rank calculation." The tree shows it as a separate, lighter chip next to the rank badge of the row. Filter by rank ignores it.
To take either back, choose Override disabled in the same tab and click Save. From the next calculation, the partner's rank follows their revenue again.
A product can also give a rank to the partner who referred its sale. Edit partner then shows Rank from a product: with the rank's name. Click Remove rank to take it away. From the next calculation, the rank follows the revenue again.
A rank that a partner still holds as a pinned rank or from a product cannot be deleted. Change the partner first, then delete the rank.
